Chef Geoffrey Phillipson, Associate Culinary Instructor, visited our East Sac County HS Foods 1 classes and taught the students the basics on plating meals. The students learned that there is no right or wrong way to plate a meal but it needs to look neat and clean! Plating meals can also be a lot of fun using a torch to brown sugar.
