🎣 3rd Grade Field Trip Fun!
Last week, our East Sac County 3rd grade students had an exciting opportunity to travel to Storm Lake to visit our local Iowa DNR Fish Hatchery. Students learned how fish are gathered, how eggs are collected and fertilized, and even got to see the fish slide back into the lake during release!
A huge thank you to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for hosting our students and giving them such a memorable hands-on learning experience. They had a fantastic time!

On Thursday, April 2, our 8th grade students attended Iowa Central Community College’s Career Day!
Prior to the visit, students chose a field of interest—Health Science, Trades and Agriculture, Arts and Communications, STEM, or Business. During the event, they explored these areas through engaging, hands-on activities and learned more about potential career paths.
This was a wonderful opportunity for students to discover their interests and start thinking about their futures. It was a great day for everyone!
