As part of the East Sac Preschool's continuing efforts to improve and enhance our program, we have some additions to our playground this year. In the spring, Mr. McCullough's Industrial Tech students constructed some raised bed gardens for us. We planted pumpkins, flowers and vegetable plants donated by the East Sac FFA's Horticulture class. This summer a rock was placed on the playground area for the students to climb and play on. The rock was generously donated by Jeff Wirtjers. Along with his expertise and equipment, he and Willy Osbourne lifted it over the fence and placed it on our grassy area. We are so grateful to everyone who donated and helped with this project! The students are definitely enjoying them! When people work together, great things happen for our kids!!!
