With Homecoming this week, ESC will be having a 1:15 PM dismissal on Friday, October 10th for ALL students K-12. There will be no PM preschool. Route buses will run at 1:30 PM. Parents, students, and community members are invited to attend the Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally in Wall Lake starting at 2:15 PM.

PK-6 Students living in Sac City that want to attend the Homecoming parade and pep rally on Friday will need to find their own transportation to Wall Lake. The buses going to Wall Lake and Lake View are full and we won’t be able to add any extra students to the buses. Thank you for understanding.

Mrs. Freier's class has been working on their letter identification and letter sounds to form words. They earned a visit from their 4th grade buddies to see and hear good model readers. This was a HUGE motivator for the kindergartners! They are already working on earning the next visit. These are just a few pictures. Enjoy!

East Sac County Residents!

On November 4th 2025, the ESC school district and board of directors will be asking our patrons to vote on a proposed PPEL levy amendment for the East Sac County School District. If passed, this measure would allow the ESC school board to raise the voted PPEL levy from $1.00 to $1.34 per $1,000 of valuation. This amendment would give the district the flexibility to tax that levy at a slightly higher rate to help the district with needs regarding our facilities, technology, and transportation. A lot of information has been prepared regarding this measure, the reason why the board is asking for this now, and how the additional revenue would be used to support the district and students if the measure should pass, on this website. Please visit this website, read through the information, ask questions if needed, attend an open house if you wish, and plan to vote on Nov. 4th. Thank you!
